Air conditioning is set by the facility and cannot be switched between heating and cooling for each room. It was very hot in the room, but because it was set to heating at the time of my stay, I could not turn it to cool air setting. It was very hot and uncomfortable. I couldn't open the window and it was hard to breathe because I couldn't ventilate the room. There were no amenities for child, such as toothbrushes , slippers, and towels, and no pajamas, even though I made a reservation for one child to stay in the room.

It is convenient if you have an event at Tokyo Big Site, but the rooms are old and worn. It is not dirty, but the hotel is old.

I paid about $170/day. but it worths $40/day. Checking-in process is lame, amenities are poor. It's for domestic customer as nothing is ready for foregners as even few employers barely speak in English.
