Very nice hotel located close to Disney sea. Easy access to transportation. It offers free shuttle buses to the train station. Everyone at the hotel was professional, polite, and helpful. The hotel is clean. Room was comfortable for family of four.

This hotel was conveniently located to the disney parks. We really liked that they had buses running to the monorails and Maihama station. The front desk staff were super friendly, and made check in run smoothly. The lady at the desk was kind enough to upgrade our room without charge and they offer to drop your luggage’s to your room while you roam the parks. One of the downsides of this place is the amenities are outdated, but nonetheless it was a convenient place to stay for a night

This hotel looked absolutely stunning. I didn’t realize this was also part of the Disney hotel monorail line so it made it very easy to get to Disney with a toddler. We just got a standard sized room and it was very roomy compared to many other hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. You can also pay for breakfast buffet ($23) at this hotel and it’s a good variety of choices. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

On a Japan trip and spent 2 days at Disney. Without being on resort property, this is the next best thing... across the street, and easy service to both the monorail and the Maihama station.

Great location, super accessible to the parks (via Disney Monrail Loop), and Maihama station for accessing Tokyo trains/subway; nice view of the bay from our room, amazing hotel, excellent gym, solid laundromat (if needed), very clean, fantastic buffet and specialty breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff, sizable room and bathroom, very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!

Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone. Nice to have food options onsite and 24/7 convenience. I would suggest not doing laundry here. The laundry room was quite dirty (from the lint)/humid (poor ventilation). The washer was fine in terms of cleaning. It was mainly the dryer where even with cleaning out the lint filter (which didn’t look like it’s been clean for a while) took forever to dry the clothes. Probably because of the poor ventilation. I ended up putting in 2200Y per load (load was will below max)

The staff are exceptional. My daughter was sick and the staff found a hospital and translated key information for us. It made me feel more at peace knowing that the staff were helping us find medical care.

We enjoyed being close to Disney while still having a quiet hotel and a very comfortable room. The room and bathroom were up to date and spacious, easily accommodating us and our adult child. We also liked the clean laundry facility, which was easy to operate with the app and a credit card, allowing us to pack less and have more room for souvenirs. It was a short walk to Bayside station, where we hopped onto the monorail and were in a Disney park within a short time.
