This is a well priced hotel with nice rooms, including family rooms. The communal bath is a good facility. The train station is close by but the travel time to central Tokyo is moderate with a number of train switches.

Great service, very quiet and solid amenities. However, the location is relatively far from Tokyo city center. The upside is, it's next to a station and close to Tokyo Disneyland. Plan accordingly.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood very close to Shiomi station. It is 3 stops from the Tokyo station. There is a good sushi restaurant and a decent little noodle shop right there, and a Family Mart and a grocery store all within easy walking distance. The hotel restaurant has an amazing buffet breakfast - well worth it. There isn’t a lot of sightseeing in the neighborhood, but the Tokyo transit is world class and you can get pretty much anywhere in the city within 20-60 minutes.

Property was in excellent shape and the buffet was fantastic! The beds however were a bit too hard for my liking so if they were to provide some type of pillow top for the mattress that would help.

The property is nice. Close to shinomi train station and a few eateries near by. The hotel is clean and the staff are always willing to answer questions and make reservations for restaurants. This property has a bath house and it is clean. The only time it isn’t clean is when people who don’t know the etiquette of using a bath; saw it once when I was there. The other thing that I would complain about and not use is the laundry facility. I don’t think the hotel cleans the machines. My clothes smelled worse after washing. So many people use it and the wait is long especially at night because people forget to take it out of the dryer. If you dare to use the machines, then do it during the day when no one is around, but I wouldn’t recommend using the laundry. Tried their breakfast buffet and it was okay. The selection was very limited and very over priced compared to other Japanese hotels I have stayed. The cost is 4000 yen per person. Other than that the stay was wonderful.

Fell in love with this hotel! Walking distance to subway station! You have 7 even super close by as well as a family mart and a grocery store along with small restaurants within feet away! Definitely super friendly staff and I loved the view from my hotel room: very beautiful very clean.

Good property next to the Shiomi station. Access to Tokyo station is only 3 stops. Location is geared towards family going to Disney so hotel is usually with young kids, especially during breakfast. Overall, amenities in the room is great.

The property and the service received by the staff was excellent. Very modern, clean with lots of amenities. The room size wasn’t great but still big enough for my family of 4 to be fairly comfortable. The location was a bit out of the way but a short 5 minute walk brings you to the local train station which is 25 minutes away from where you want to be. Would recommend and would visit again.
