Beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities. Front desk employees were very helpful in answering all questions concerning transportation, dining, and attractions. Some things to note: The beds were on the firmer side, possibly a nod to the Japanese tradition. No microwave in the room, but the Family Mart convenience store connected to the hotel had one for use. Complimentary pajamas were amazing and so I had to purchase a new set for myself. Lastly, there was not a ton of walking space in the room, so if you are traveling with children and have a ton of luggage, you will need to use the under the bed space to store luggage. I wish there was some type of drawer options, but the minimalist feel of the room was appreciated. Overall, this hotel was great! It made our time in Japan even more special and unique. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Arigato!

We loved our stay! Nice spacious rooms have everything you need. Breakfast is amazing. There is a very nice convenience store downstairs. Close to the subway station but you actually don't hear the trains from the room .

Excellent hotel , breakfast was great as well. Right next to train line to getting around including going to Disney was very easy. The only drawback was that doing laundry was very difficult since there were too few machines for the size of the hotel and there was always a line and never was able to use the dryers since they were never available so we had to air dry all clothes in our room

Absolutely amazing staff where so friendly and went above and beyond helping me sort out things for surprise for my partner was only four stops away from Tokyo city so 6-8 mins away clean and loads and loads of choice for the breakfast

The hotel was beautiful. They offered lots of toiletries and amenities. The pajamas were comfortable. We booked the buffet breakfast at booking and it was amazing! They offer traditional breakfast items as well as Japanese breakfast items. The answer was enjoyable with clear instruction for first time visitors. My daughter left her AirPod behind, and they were kind enough to ship it back to us in the states!

I spent three nights here with my 7 & 12 yo kids. The room was spacious compared to many Japanese hotels, well designed and comfortable. Not much restaurants or anything to do right outside the hotel but kids enjoyed Family Mart runs to the lobby floor for quick bites. Hotel staffs are so friendly and welcoming even a room maid I talked was such a pleasant person. I’d love to come back here again.
