The hotel is very nice and in good location. The room is small for 3 people. You can hardly moved around. The pillows are heavy I think made of beans inside. The breakfast has a good selection of food. Very convenient to subway station.

I had booked a standard non-smoking double room, and it was clearly a very old room. The floor I was on was also clearly very old. My room smelled like smoke, and they gave me another room on a different floor, but again it smelled like smoke. Honestly pretty unacceptable for the price you’re paying. I eventually upgraded my room to the premium floor since I was unhappy with the room I had, and it was great. Awesome view, clean rooms, and modern. But, expensive. Honestly, if you have the budget and can afford the premium or higher rooms it’s not so bad. But anything below that I personally believe it is not worth the price. You can find a more modern hotel that is less expensive. 5 washing machines for a hotel with 30 plus floors, really? The Lawsons in the hotel is very convenient.

This is right next to the Toei railway, so it is super convenient. Also plenty of food options from Japanese to other western foods since it is next to Tokyo Dome baseball arena.

Highly recommended.
Would highly recommend for ease of travel around tokyo and nearby amenities. Hotel room was larger than expected, more than enough room for 3 adults and suitcases.

My check-in staff made a false statement about a refund I should be expecting, which they later said I would not get. The premium room is listed as 355 sq ft, but it seemed significantly smaller. The food at the executive breakfast on the 43rd floor made my wife and I both stomach sick, which almost stopped us from going back home the next day. Overall the worst hotel experience we ever had travelling. I wanted to like the hotel because of the location and access to the extensive train system. Unfortunately, the stomach sickness we had from the food was a huge negative.

The tokyo dome hotel gives you the best "bang for your buck" it feel and looks like a 5 star hotel but at a good value wonderful staff good location with lots of restaurants near by and near multiple subway stations great hotel for sport while still have a high end look for everyone I loved this hotel

Great property in a great location, easy transport links close to the JR lines and Toei line and plenty of dining options around. Did knock a point off cleanliness due to a stain on the carpet of my room, but that was the only fault I could find. Will happily stay again for my next trip to Tokyo.

Tokyo Dome Hotel is a good place to stay and I would recommend that anyone visiting the city considers it. It is in an excellent location, next to the Tokyo Dome itself (obviously), some shops, a funfair and a railway station. The hotel is very clean and tidy and the rooms are bigger than I expected. The staff are very professional and friendly but for international travellers, be aware that very little English is spoken in the hotel. To be clear, I am not saying everyone in Japan should learn English, of course not, but when I compare it with similar hotels in China, the level of English is low. I didn't use any of the hotel's facilities as I was always out, but there are plenty of places to eat inside the hotel that are worth investigating. The rooms all have good views of the city with big windows, which is another positive. I found the hotel to be quite good value and I would definitely stay there again. While the decoration, especially the bathrooms are a bit dated, everything is good quality. There are two negatives, depending on your perspective. The mattresses are quite firm. I slept well so this didn't bother me personally, but I could imagine them being too firm for some people. Also, the hotel uses the cheapest, lowest-quality toilet paper I have ever seen. Obviously not a huge issue, but it is so strange considering how nice everything else is. Overall, I would happily stay there again and recommend it to others.
