Whilst the room was very small, it was clean and comfortable. I would say it is perhaps too small for a couple however as we had two suitcases which barely fit in the room. We liked how easy it was to walk to the metro station (5mins) and there were convenience stores easily accessible within a couple of minutes. The staff did not speak very much English which was a bit tricky when using the luggage forwarding however they were helpful and friendly.

Amazing hotel in a great location. 5min walk to ginza line and 20min walk to a yamanote line so very easy to move around the city. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The room was good for my purposes generally. I think the corner sofa unit could maybe do with being replaced as it was a little tired. Otherwise room facilities were fine. Pleasant reception area too where tea and coffee were available and I regularly made use of these facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location as it was easy enough to access the main areas I was visiting but the hotel was itself in a quiet area.

Room sizes are tiny. It’s outdated, could do with a refresh. Walls are thin so you can hear other people beside you and also above you. It did the job however I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it to any friends or family.

Fantastic location, very close to a metro station and multiple convenience stores/supermarkets. The convenience of having a washer/dryer in the room was also great. On the occasions we needed staff assistance, everyone was very friendly and professional, and communicated well despite us being English-speaking. However the rooms are not the nicest nor the most comfortably. They are VERY small (perhaps they could be laid out differently to better optimise the small space), and the furnishings/decor are quite dated and tired. I also was not thrilled with the level of cleanliness. Whilst the important fixtures in the bathroom were clean (shower/toilet/sink) the light fitting above the mirror was coated in a very thick layer of dust. Likewise, there were areas of dust in corners around the bedside tables and kitchenette. I also found it quite noisy, both from other guests moving in the corridor plus street noise from below. This is not to say we had an unpleasant stay by any means, and if your stay is short it may not be a problem at all.

Always a good basic option when you are in Tokyo and are looking for a well located simple place to stay. i’ve been there many times, I think the price and service you get are on point. I do recomment it.

It was our first time staying in Aoyama. Area was safe. Hotel room had some stains that looked like spilt food and drinks that was not cleaned prior to us entering the room. Staff also made me uncomfortable as they were giggling and talking about guests while standing at the front desk. It was very unprofessional and it was obvious that they were talking about me as they pointed and laughed every time I walked down to the lobby area. Very disappointing.
