Stayed at this property for 5 nights and chose the location based on convenience to shopping areas. PROS: Staff was polite, lobby was always clean, complimentary coffee/tea all day, complimentary amenities (bathroom items etc). Enjoyed having a washer/dryer in our room along with complimentary detergent so we did not have to leave with dirty laundry at the end of our stay. CONS: The room was very small and could barely fit our four luggages (we had to alternate keeping the luggage in the tiny hallway in the room then put them in the bathrooms once we were through). No storage space for clothes so we had to take stuff out of our luggage daily which was a hassle. The hotel provides “limited” housekeeping which is basically only if you request it they will change towels and top up bathroom items. So do not expect to receive daily housekeeping. When using the bathtub and standing/walkigg no around in it, there is an “echo” that sounded like someone was entering the room. It is very weird how the tub is designed to give off that sound. Overall we had a decent stay and slept pretty well.

A bit away from the business of Ginza but still close enough to the action. Rooms are the typical small portions in Japan but at 18 sq meters, we didn't have much room to fully open our checked luggage. However, the best thing about the room was the washer-dryer, even if it did take a while for the load of laundry to be completed.

Great Tokyo Find

The Tokyu Stay Ginza is a short cab ride from Tokyo station or walkable from the Ginza subway line. The service is great and the location can't be beat for Tokyo. The two elevators can get a little crowded, but seemed to move people efficiently. No coffee in the room, but coffee machine in the lobby. My next trip to Japan, I'll look for the Tokyu chain again.

No extra or additional services or accommodations offered (for example, we stayed at 8 different hotels including another one in Tokyo, and they almost all offered either snacks, water, happy hour, coffee….., not much of that here).

Very kind receptionists, which is much appreciated especially after a long day of travel. Having a washer/dryer combo in the room is a great amenity and very appealing for both business and recreational trips.
