We enjoyed our stay, it’a a basic hotel so don’t expect anything too fancy; but the room was big for Japan standards, came with a washer/dryer, microwave, the amenities are of good quality, the staff was great and attentive, they speak English so our interactions went well.
We paid a bit extra to have breakfast included, that you can have on the second floor at Jonathan’s which is a restaurant connected to the hotel and not managed by them. The breakfast for ok, enough to fill you and if not, you can pay extra for the other alternatives that are not included in the breakfast package from the hotel, the best part is that is served by a cute robot :)
There’s a metro entrance just in front of the hotel and the train station about 10 minute walk. There’s a 7 Eleven next to the hotel and a Family Mart across the street. There’s a Don Quijote close by as well. And there’s also a supermarket and mall next to the train station so you’ll have some options like a dollar store, Uniqlo and Muji close by.
So all in all, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a fairly priced, clean, safe, convenient, no frills, good service place to stay in Tokyo.
