Excellent location, one minute walk to the subway entrance. The kitchen and in room washer and dryer is a plus. Good selections for the breakfast. Staffs are very friendly. Will stay here next time when come to Tokyo.

Nice hotel near Ikebukuro station

We picked this hotel for its proximity to Ikebukuro station. The limousine bus from Narita airport stops very near to the hotel. The hotel is new with very friendly staff. The lobby has an area with one large and a few small tables. The included breakfast could be taken as breakfast or supper. You pick up frozen items and a rice steamer and prepare the meals in your room. The room was so small that there was hardly room for two pieces of carry on luggage but it did have a table, two chairs, a kettle, a hot plate, pot, Sink, fridge with freezer, and washer/dryer combo. The staff provided English instructions on how to use the equipment. There was complementary and coffee in the lobby. There are many restaurants and shops in the area. I would stay here again.

I got injured staying here

Broken sink which I hurt myself on. Staff rude and wouldn’t help me. I was having severe trouble getting the trolley into my room and a staff member walked past, and stared at me for 30 seconds before finally saying something despite me being very upset and clearly having a ton of trouble. I even hurt my hand cause the trolley squished it.

Room size was typical small size for Tokyo hotels but very clean, and came equipped with a functional microwave and washer dryer combi! I also really liked the smart TV that had Netflix and Youtube amongst others. While the hotel itself is quiet and secure, you have to walk about 1-2 dark streets to get to it and at night it was slightly noisy because I think there are some food establishments nearby. Nevertheless, enjoyed my stay and would come back!

เป็นโรงแรมที่ชอบมากนะ ชอบที่มีอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกครบดี มีเครื่องซักผ้าในห้อง ตู้เย็นกว้างใหญ่กว่าที่อื่น ชอบม่านที่ฝังกับผนังเพราะแสงไม่ลอดผ่าน มืดสนิทดี ทำให้ไม่ตื่นตามแสง ชอบมาก แต่ว่าพอดีช่วงนี้จนถึง 26 ธันวาคมนี้ เขามีรีโนเวตโรงแรมอยู่ค่ะ อาจมีเสียงดังบ้าง รวมถึงตอนกลางคืนเขาก็ยังทำงานแบบที่ไม่เสียงดัง แต่ว่ามันมีกลิ่นเคมีลอดเข้ามาในห้อง หายใจไม่สะดวกทรมานมาก นอนไม่จนเช้าเลย พอกลิ่นหายก็ค่อยได้นอน เลยรู้สึกว่าไม่เหมาะจะไปพักช่วงนี้เท่าไรค่ะ

Close to trains & metro with several department stores, shopping malls & food courts close by, the property is conveniently located and easy to navigate around the Ikebukuru area. Only consideration is several floors of property is still being renovated so there's limited room services & amenties.
