The pillow on my bed smelled very bad. I complained to the staff about it in the morning as I was too tired to complain about it before going to bed although I noticed the smell. The staff also admitted the smell of the pillow, but did not do anything as an apology. So it’s obvious that the hotel keeps using old pillows without checking smells. If you are staying there or any of their chain hotels, better to check the smells of the pillow when you check in. If you find your pillow smelly, you can ask the hotel to change it.

Very nice property. Easy to walk to both stations and lots to look at and do. Easy train ride to the HND or NRT airport. Very nice with elevator and non-smoking room was great! Definitely recommend to stay here and would stay again.

Convenient place to access to Haneda AP
It is located a convenient location to access Haneda AP and close to Keikyu Kamata station. As there is a small kitchen, it is convenient for a relatively long stay, though the room size is not big.
