Quick 10 minute walk to Shibuya Station. Nice quiet street with a family mart right outside. Hotel staff lovely and friendly. Bed and pillows are uncomfortable at least for myself and my partner, both woke up multiple times in the night and with stiff necks.

Toyko stay hotel Shibuya. Decent.

This was my third visit to Tokyo, and unfortunately, this hotel didn’t meet the expectations I’ve had from past trips. While the staff were friendly and the location was fairly convenient to the main areas of Shibuya, the overall experience was underwhelming. The rooms were extremely small with barely any space to move or store luggage. The bathrooms felt quite dated—though the water pressure was great *but the worst toilet paper possible. The biggest issue for us was the mattress and pillows: after long days exploring the city, it was difficult to get comfortable and truly rest. What also stood out this time was how much hotel prices seem to have risen—especially considering what you get here. For the price we paid, the value just wasn’t there. It’s not a terrible hotel, but we won’t be looking to stay here again

This might be the perfect distance from Shibuya - you can enjoy a little quiet while being less than 10 minutes walk from the scramble! Hotel itself is very clean, lobby is delightful and at least some rooms (including ours) had a modern washing drying machine that worked very well. Bed was comfortable, wifi was reliable, AC/heat unit in the room was responsive, and we got to try a few very good restaurants within one block. Annex building was perfectly fine for our stay, essentially the same but lobby is one block away.

Comfortable room with basic kitchenette facilities even though the room was compact. Only 1 comfortable chair with a smallish wooden stool - not ideal when there is 2 people. Check in was streamlined without any problems.

A few blocks from the new Shibuya Scramble. This area is more quiet than where the Crossing is but for me that is a positive. Plus having a washing machine was a life saver. Also enjoyed our balcony.
