Very helpful and friendly staff with a smooth check in and check out. They were very accommodating to our family, 3 who arrived at one time and 1 who arrived later. Great location, if you want a little quiet after the hustle and bustle of Shibuya Crossing, but still close enough to walk there easily. The Family Mart next door was really convenient. The hotel had all the amenities we needed and wanted.

We were initially given a corner room that we weren’t comfortable in. However, the hotel staff was very attentive and quickly addressed our concern by moving us to a new room. Their prompt response made our 4-day stay much more enjoyable! It was such a relief to come back to a cozy and relaxing space after a long day of exploring the city.😊

We stayed in the annex. It was quiet but so close to everything we needed, especially Shibuya station. The check in staff were great & had great English. The room is small, especially with two big suitcases, but it was a great place to stay.
