Friendly staff. They had our luggages already waiting for us in the room when we checked in (it was delivered a few days before our stay). Room pretty small. Good area, just a bit noisy at times because of the train passing.

About 10 minutes walk from subway station, close to a lot of restaurants, very convenient area. Room is clean and has a washing dryer inside. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Overall, I'll definitely go back.

Uncomfortable pillows and bad sleep
Incredibly uncomfortable bed, especially the pillows, which offer no support for your neck at all. Every night i slept badly and woke up with a sore neck and back. I stay around Shimbashi multiple times every year, and have never had such an uncomfortable experience.

Standard hotel size for Tokyo. The property is about 5-7 minutes walk from Shimbashi station and have easy access to many restaurants! The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The property is clean and serves complimentary coffee each morning at the lobby. Shimbashi station has easy access for trains to many points of interests including Odaiba and Ueno!
