incredible service in an incredible place

while the stay itself was amazing, the true shinning moment was the service and staff. I had an unfortunate situation that led to me missing my first check in day, and the staff from hotels.com and the hotel itself were more than forgiving. I felt truly supported and empathized with through the service workers who tried their best to make sure i could relax. in the end i was given a refund for the first missed day and kept my booking. in a country where you dont speak the language, i have never felt more supported. the actual stay went amazing too, the room was clean and in an amazing location, the staff were always friendly, and the safety was top notch. would recommend!!

Perfect location! Train station around the neighborhood, Lawson just few walk away, Tsukiji Market just outside the hotel, where you can enjoy seafoods and many more.We enjoy our stay, will book again next time we come back to Japan.

There is no daily cleaning and when staying for 3 nights it is essential. The room was incredibly small and the bed was not very comfortable.

We would stay here again. Tsukiji market right out the door, multiple train lines close by. 24 hour ramen across the street was the best ramen we had on our trip. Lawson was also really close.

Good value stay. Be careful with breakfast.

The hotel accommodated request for a quieter room and is of good value. The bed and bedding is comfortable. Overall room was in good condition and clean. Beware of breakfast - hotel has no food but gives paper vouchers to 3 places. One place I couldn’t find because no English language signage was available. 2nd place offers raw seafood for breakfast. 3rd paces gives coffee and a piece of bread.
