We stayed for five nights and were welcomed by courteous and helpful staff. The free daily breakfast was excellent, with various healthy food choices. The room was considerably spacious, considering it wa s in Tokyo.

The room was much more spacious than I anticipated, and even the bathroom was larger than most business hotels. Two windows, plenty of light, efficient staff. The included breakfast was so so, but serviceable!

Really good for solo travel on the cheap. It is a no frills hotel, where you get a decent room to sleep in. Space is small, but fine. If you plan to spend next to no time in the hotel and to eat your meals elsewhere ( they do breakfast, but didn't try it) its a okay choice. There were 2 washing machines, but in almost constant use when i was there. The common area has seats and tables with vending machines. Breakfast is done there too.

Small but clean and functional room, as seems standard for Tokyo. We arrived at 9am but check-in wasn't available until 4pm. Despite our request to check-in earlier as we desperately wanted to get our 3 year old sowmwhe to sleep following a long overnight flight, the staff wouldn't budge on the rules. However, that seems to be in line with Japan's conforman to rules and process, rather than a reflection on the hotel staff. At 3.15pm we were finally permitted to check-in, with our son asleep in my arms. Despite initially telling us there would be a 1000 Yen charge for the privilege, the reception staff finally asked their manager and 'made and exception' to allow us 45 minutes grace at no extra charge. Comical having just come from Thailand and Nepal, where early check-in times weren't at all observed, but par for the course in Japan it seems. Not a fault as such, but worth pointing out in case you're thinking of arriving early and being allowed to check-in.
