It does exactly what it said it will do: Affordable, simplistic lodging with a good sized bed, internet and a quiet location. Breakfast wasn't bad, i really enjoy the sweet omelet and the rice balls with chicken and tuna. Would definitely utilize this franchise again.

Good for late night Haneda flight
I picked this hotel because I arrived Haneda airport late night. This hotel meets my expectation. It located right next to the train station (east exit) which is 3 stops from the airport. There ate couple of convenient stores just a min walk from the hotel. The hotel also offer simple and delicious breakfast from 6-9am. Overall, I am happy with this hotel.

Convenient Hotel.
The hotel was located very close to the airport and was very convenient as they offered a ride to the airport. The public transport system was also very convenient and close by as well. The room was perfect for what I needed for as a place to sleep for a good price. The one thing I say I wish was better would be the bed as it wasn’t the worst thing I slept on but man don’t jump on it and think you will survive.

Rooms were small, staff were friendly, facilities clean. Free shuttle to Haneda airport as well at free breakfast. They offer pajamas to wear if you'd like them, along with toiletries by the front desk. Checking in and out is via their kiosk.

Close to airport!
This was a great stay for our last nights in Tokyo! It is very close to a metro station and there is a 7-11 across the street for snacks. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was delicious. Also, the service was wonderful! The free shuttle to the airport was very appreciated!

Hotel was good, but too far from Downtown Tokyo, take over an hour and crowded train to get to Shibuya or Shinjuku. I wanted to stay close to airport and with free shuttle bus to airport, did not help much as check out time was 10 am and my flight did not take off till later evening, last free shuttle bus to airport was at 10:10am or we have to get to airport on ourself so we end up spending 6 hours in the airport with 5 luggage and can’t go anyway or check in bag as the airline counter open 3 hour before flight time !! Next time will stay Toyoko Inn but near city and get to airport on my own time or travel to airport in local train or airport Limo , Hotel does have a very good breakfast just not convenient as I plan, good if your flight leave from Haneda airport by noon to 1 pm !!
