Close to airport!
This was a great stay for our last nights in Tokyo! It is very close to a metro station and there is a 7-11 across the street for snacks. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was delicious. Also, the service was wonderful! The free shuttle to the airport was very appreciated!

Hotel was good, but too far from Downtown Tokyo, take over an hour and crowded train to get to Shibuya or Shinjuku. I wanted to stay close to airport and with free shuttle bus to airport, did not help much as check out time was 10 am and my flight did not take off till later evening, last free shuttle bus to airport was at 10:10am or we have to get to airport on ourself so we end up spending 6 hours in the airport with 5 luggage and can’t go anyway or check in bag as the airline counter open 3 hour before flight time !! Next time will stay Toyoko Inn but near city and get to airport on my own time or travel to airport in local train or airport Limo , Hotel does have a very good breakfast just not convenient as I plan, good if your flight leave from Haneda airport by noon to 1 pm !!

The hotel is very close to the next subway station and to the airport bus station. Very convenient for short visits. Besides that, the hotel has its own shuttle service which is only in the morning hours to the airport and from the airport at the evening time.

Highly recommended.
Very nice experiance. Staf is very thoughtful, courteous, helpful, and professional. My room was clean and quiet. No issues at all. I would defineatly stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

The rooms were clean and not too small. The location was great being only 2-3 minutes walk from the station and only a 4-5 minute ride to terminal 3 at Haneda airport. The breakfast was very limited on selection unlike the other Toyoko Inns we have stayed at. The main selection was all Onigiri. The bed was extremely hard even more so than the other Toyoko Inns. I had requested 2 extra comforters for the bed to make it softer but they would only give us one blanket. The biggest problem which prompted the low rating was that we reserved the room so we could take our daughter to the airport for a late flight. We figured we could check into the hotel eat dinner and hang out in the room and leave around 8-9 pm to take her to the airport. Upon check in, we were informed that my daughter had to stay in the lobby since she wasn’t a registered guest or would have to get her own room! Is this a common practice in Japan? To me this is totally unacceptable and was very disappointing. I will not stay at the Toyoko Inn again on the remaining time we have left here in Japan!

The hotel is located just outside the east exit of Otorii Station. This station is just 2 stops from Haneda Airport on the Keikyu Line. You can reach Shinagawa or Yokohama from this station. Overall, the stay was fine. The room was alittle small for 2 people, but the breakfast is included and very good. I’ve stayed at the Kuko #1 and 2 serveral times and will stay here again on my next trip to Haneda.
