Room is small but clean, friendly staffs. Near Shinjuku station, 3D cat billboard, godzilla head and the nightlife, a lot of restaurants and shopping stores. All within 10 minutes walking distance. Bus stop nearby to go to Shibuya scramble crossing

(American) This hotel is boutique style. Very mindful of the things a traveler will need so they provide access to toiletries 24/7. English speaking staff made it a smooth check-in. Breakfast was really good, so good that you may not need to eat until dinner time 😂. 9 minute walk to train station and next door to convenient store.Id stay at this hotel again and recommend for your stay.

I had an excellent stay at VIA INN Shinjuku! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of options. One of the standout features was the laundry facilities, which were convenient and well-maintained. The location was also great, making it easy to explore Tokyo. Functional modern single room

Single room was modern and very functional for one person. Only downside was the single hard pillow although I never got around to asking reception for another pillow if available so that was on me. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. Breakfast was ok, not sure if scrambled egg was real but bread rolls nice and fresh.

This was a fantastic hotel. It was just newly renovated so it was exceptional. Breakfast was good. Staff extremely friendly. 7 eleven and Lawson within 30 second walk and a short walk to train/ subway stations. Overall I had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend.
