The rooms are small but this is standard for Japan. The service was mostly so very kind and helpful except for one young man who briefly argued to dispute my concerns with spending almost 900 yen to dry a load of laundry that wasn't very dry. I merely wanted to share that the machine may need to have lint removed and didn't even ask for any money back. It was an odd exchange via Google translate. The restaurant is insanely overrated. Expensive and too crowded. The location is amazing. Only blocks to two train lines which was super convenient for our 10 day trip without a car. The mall is convenient too. Would stay again, great value for the rate!

This hotel is next to a major shipping with multiple food courts and a grocery store at the basement levelnof the mall. Also, has easy and excellent access to the gteater Tokyo subway system. The only down side tobthis hotel is the poor English fluency of the hotel staff.

They have a restaurant that guests must pre plan multiple days in advance and that still does not guarantee you will get a spot. The excuse was "we don't have enough food" I believe they have an obligation to their guests first before outsiders come in. Also, it's the guests who are spending/patronizing your hotel. Why wouldn't you have enough food for them to reserve a breakfast spot without a week's notice? Not right. I have never run into this before at other hotels offering dining. Something is being mis managed. There is nothing like waking up in your hotel only to have to leave the property to find something to eat. Other than this issue, the hotel was generally just fine overall, but because of this, I would not choose this peticular hotel again when in hotel dining is one of the listed amenities, but not so much.
