I love the covered area for taxi pickup. It was very convenient to wait for a car during bad weather. Also enjoyed that it was directly connected to a nice shopping mall.

Clean and new, but the queen room was extremely small. Seriously. Also a shower, toilet, and sink were by the window which makes me feel choked. Furthermore, even though the heater was turned off, I was feeling so hot all the time. couldn’t sleep well.

My stay at the Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo-Ariake has been excellent in every way. The reception is streamlined to a kiosk service for quick check in and check out process. The staff are nice and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful. In a quiet area, conveniently near, 2 train stations. With a wonderful view of the city and bay Area. Housekeeping staff keep the rooms nice and tidy on a daily basis. There’s a shopping mall, cinema, and food court behind the hotel. One thing to keep in mind, it is a bit out of the way from central Tokyo. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay, away from the busy tourist spots.

Excellent hotel. I don’t know how it compares to other hotels in Japan because it’s my first one, but it would be a 4 star in Canada. My only complaint would be that the bed was quite hard for a soft Canadian. My understanding is that this is very common in this country though. The staff were absolutely lovely and O would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff was really nice and helpful when checking in. I love the amenities that come with this hotel and it’s conveniently attached to a mall with amazing food and shopping options. This is our second time staying here and we will be coming back.
