This hotel is our favorite! The staff is always so friendly! The staff saved us when we checked out 2’minutes too late, they came to find us with new hotel room cards so we could enter our room and pick up our luggage to go! I appreciate the hospitality and love all the facilities. The Spa public and private rooms are all so beautiful and super clean! I love it! The only thing with the Spa is that I wish it had a water filter dispenser. There is an old school water fountain, reminded me of when I was in grade school having to drink water from the public water fountain 20+ years ago. They just need a little update on investing in a cold filtered water dispenser outside of the onsen entrance. Besides that, Villa Fontaine Grand Ariake is brand new, so clean, and beautiful! Oh and I love how you can walk and it connects to the Grand Ariake Garden Mall through level 6. It’s perfect!
Breakfast has a chilled area to make fresh chirashi bowl! Lots of Ikura here!

I’ve stayed a few different type of rooms these 2 years and all rooms are clean and still new. A huge shopping mall is next to the hotel. Most lobby staff are quite young, always attentive and tries to manage my request efficiently. This hotel also accommodates students as a school trip. I encountered several junior high school students inside the property though, looked they behaved really well and quiet.

This hotel is located in very convenient area. The best part of this hotel was free shuttle bus from Tokyo station to the hotel and you can take a bus to Haneda airport for only 1000yen. If you are flying out from Haneda Airport this hotels was very good. Only 5 minutes walk to 3 train stations and so many things to do within couple stations away. Our favorite things to do were Anitouch Odaiba, Miraikan, teamLab Planets and Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall it is a great place. Had a bad experience checking in but other than that it was good. We had breakfast and dinner each night as part of the package. It was good but there was really no variety nigh to night. We ate there for 5 days/nights and it was starting to get old. Changing up the buffet would have earned better scores. Having the laundry was very nice. Again if not for the rude employee when we got there early, which I already posted about, it would have received excellent.
