I stayed here six night and it was very comfortable, I recommend adding the breakfast to your stay. Lots of options and everything is really good. I did also add the spa on my stay as well, but unfortunately it’s not tattoo friendly which was something I didn’t realize was a thing as it was my first time visiting Japan. The staff were super nice and helpful! Overall it was so nice, close to train and mall is literally next door. Definitely would stay here again :)

Relatively new and modern accommodation. Right next to Ariake Garden Shopping Mall with many amenities and dining. Near to attractions in Odaiba but be prepared for a bit of travel needed by subway/public bus to other cities (Skytree, Shinjuku, Ginza, Shibuya, Akihabara etc).

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located next to shopping mall and close to public transit. Seemed like a newer hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Tried the foot bath since we were traveling with young children and didnʻt want to go to a real onsen; the foot bath was a pleasant experience and since we went during the day, we were the only ones in there.

Arrived late evening by taxi as the Shimbashi to Ariake line had stopped running for the evening. The staff was kind, professional and promptly chked me in and I was in my room in a matter of minutes. Quiet, comfortable and perfect for my needs after 16 hour flight. Breakfast buffet-9/10, good variety, delicious food as presented, could use omelette bar...😁👍 Thank you Ariake!
