The hotel is well conceived to provide maximum functionality and capacity while minimizing inconvenience that often is generated in crowded hotels. The common areas are wide and staff efficiency helps a lot. The room was right sized and well designed with all the essentials but no frills, so that convenience and comfort are assured but with no focus on ambiance. The windows were very short, about 50 cm in height, so the room feels a little dark. The gym is small and crowded with equipment, it only can cater for 4-5 people at a time (so avoid peak time early morning workouts if you can). This was for me the main drawback in an otherwise well designed and comfortable no-luxury hotel

Great hotel, great staff, conveniently connected to a mall with shopping, food court and grocery store. Great private bath, sauna and foot bath options with reasonable prices. Staff were amazingly great especially in the face of language barriers. free Airport shuttle to Hanaeda airport as advertised. Trains are a 5 min walk. Local shuttle from hotel to local tourist areas available as well. Overall a great experience. Will definitely rebook here when I return to Tokyo.

Rooms offer limited space for suitcases.No pool for swimming. No butter, peanut butter, jam or maple syrup. Eggs are not well cooked - more choices?? Otherwise nice location and amenities.

This is a very nice property and location. If you are not Japanese speaking, though, it’s a little hard to adjust and navigate the room setup. I had a hard time getting the AC to stay on, and it took 3 attempts with the staff. The control is in Japanese. I had the dinner buffet twice and carving station didn’t keep food fresh at the premium price charged (meats were overcooked and hard), though decent variety. The Bokakke soup is amazing, I had it 5 times at breakfast and dinner. The room sizes are definitely on small side, but very clean and amenitied nicely.
