Quiet atmosphere and clean rooms.
The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Tokyo Big Sight.

I used an air purifier because there was a lot of dust. I kept coughing. So I checked the air purifier filter and it was already full of dust, so I stopped using it. Don't look under your bed. You can see a lot of dust, so I think they probably don't use a vacuum cleaner. I also saw mold between the bathtub and the wall. It is an 'eco' style hotel. So after the first night's stay, only the towels were changed and the room was not cleaned. I hope the other rooms are okay.

When I was following the line of people waiting to check in, several people skipped ahead. The front desk staff noticed this but didn’t say anything, ignoring the fact that I was next in line. Also, the drain in the washroom of my room was clogged, which is terrible for sanitation. My girlfriend and I are completely disappointed by the lack of professionalism at this hotel through these problems. I will never choose this hotel for future stays, even though the facilities look new and guest rate is kind of higher. You can find better hotels nearby.
