The hotel is great, the staff wonderful. The evening drinks are kind of worthless and the rooms are tiny. The Ariake Garden mall is only a block away and you can buy anything you need there.

有明アリーナでのコンサート参加のために宿泊を予約しました。ところがチェックインの時間に行ったところ、すでに長い行列がホテルの外まで伸びており、コンサートが始まる前にはチェックインできるような状態ではありませんでした。大きなコンサートがある日はチェックインの時間を早めるとか窓口のスタッフを増やすなどの対応をするべきなのではないでしょうか？ さらにやっとチェックインの順番になったのに、支払いがタッチ決済に対応しておらず、そこでもトラブルになりました。外国人も多いこのエリアでタッチ決済ができないのはいかがなものでしょうか？ 館内の自動販売機も500円玉もカードも使えず、わざわざ両替をしに行かねばならずとても不便でした。 明日の朝の食事は、見たところダイニングルームがすごく狭そうでしたので、どんな混雑になるのか心配です。ちゃんと朝ごはんが食べられるのかしら。
