Not the best nights sleep.

The staff was friendly, great price, and the location is convenient, right off of the interstate. The room itself however was damp, a little musty, and the bed wasn’t comfortable.

Don’t stay! Bedbugs!

Ok hotel, but needs better housekeeping. One of the drawers had clothing in it from previous person. The room had a musty smell, fixtures were rusted. The shower curtain smelled bad. The worse part was waking up to rashes and bites, we thought mosquito but no, upon inspection we found BEDBUGS!!!!! this was right before we had to check out. I immediately complained to front desk and she seemed shocked, but I know it was just a show because I then went to read google reviews. Highly disappointed because the rest of our Toledo experience was amazing.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. We did not use the pool/hot tub area because it was full of children not being supervised jumping in and out of the hot tub. Some kids came and interrupted our checkin process. The desk clerk prioitized them over us. They dripped water all over the lobby floor making it slippery.

I didn’t like being charged a $250 fee for nothing. Some lights in the room were broken or not working. One Tv remote doesn’t work. There was hair on the toilet upon arrival. Breakfast was bare minimum. The only elevator they have is slow and sketchy. Never coming here again, especially after hearing about other peoples experiences of being charged extra for no reason. Sounds like this place is abusing their “fee” and just taking money. Do better
