The clerk was outstanding but the room was dirty and it was way too small to be a suite. It was more like a regular room that was converted to a suite. The furniture was clearly too big for the room and there was only a microwave and minifridge in this so called suite. Stay away from this one unless you are stranded with no other options.

Dirty & Staffing Issues
My main complaint would be the hotel is dirty and the photos are misleading. I was preparing my infant for a bath and noticed a dark ring around the tub, i grabbed a towel to confirm it was dirt and not stained, it was definitely dirty. Housekeeping took care of it. I also had other family members staying in other rooms and they complained of dirty bed linen and towels. There is also only one small wastebasket in the bathroom and if you are on diaper duty it’s highly inconvenient because they don’t clean the room daily. it’s cleaned every 3days if memory serves me correctly. I purchased my own trash bags. There is no one available at the front desk as it seems as though the staff are either always in the back or have multiple roles, that including cleaning. I also was waiting on a ride in the lobby and a man who looked homeless and talking to himself walked in, when he got closer to the elevator he started running through the halls screaming. Luckily my ride came but this probabcoukd have been avoided if someone was at the front desk. Bring your own toilet paper, trash bags, towels.

The facility itself was clean, well maintained and easily accessible. A lack of control in public areas lead to a very late-night talk fest in the main lobby at the bottom of the lobby stairway to the second floor, with my door at the top of the stairs. VERY difficult to sleep with all that loud noise going on. Other than that, no real complaints.

On arrival the 1st floor as well as the elevator had a very pungent smell of marijuana. Following morning the elevator and pool was closed. Unsure why the elevator was closed but was a huge inconvenience being on the top floor with all my luggage. The pool was closed due to water testing and filling which upset my little girls not getting an opportunity to swim. Which was an huge reason why I picked this particular establishment. Unsure why this couldn’t have been performed while the pool was closed. It also appeared someone was lurking in vehicles late at night. I discovered this when I ran out to my vehicle for an item for my daughter at 1230 am. Extremely disappointed that the area has been slowly going down hill. Will not be staying there ever again.
