Overall, a bad experience. I made a reservation through Expedia. When I arrived at the motel, there were no rooms available. I contacted Expedia to obtain a refund. Expedia contacted the motel to confirm that I had never checked in so that I could be issued a refund. Motel told to Expedia that it will have to talk to the hotel manager who was gone for the evening. Expedia promised to resolve the issue in the morning. That never happened. I had to contact Expedia a third time to finally resolve the issue.
