Stay was comfortable enough. Being charged the wrong rate from Hotels.com (sent the wrong rate to the hotel) was a pain. Had to address the problem at check in and again at checkout. This is not usually from what the hotel said.

Ladies weekend
My girlfriend and I both agreed that we would highly recommended staying here when traveling to Toledo. Everyone was so friendly, the lady that took care of tge breakfast was absolutely the hardest worker she was nonstop. The room could have been a little cleaner. Bathroom and vacuuming. But overall a great stay.

the hotel booked us to a room and gave us keys to a room that was already occupied. They then moved us to a room that clearly had smokers, though it said was a non-smoking room. However, the 4th floor smelled like all the rooms had smokers in there. If smoking smell bothers you, avoid this hotel.

I was checked into an unclean room. Filthy bathroom, hair in sink & tub, mold on shower curtain, no clean towels, dirty sheets & spread on bed. I took my luggage down to the front desk & complained. He stated he was not surprised with the room conditions. I was moved to a clean room.
