Not the usual Express
I was here for a business trip. There were some minor issues. Some cleaning was missed as there was a 6 pack ring laying in plain sight on the floor under the bench. The tv remote either was broken, or had dead batteries in it. There was dirt on the sheer curtains at the base. The air conditioner's labels for the buttons and light indicators was gone, so you couldn't tell what the settings were to make adjustments. The coffee tray was inadequately stocked.The shower diverter was worn out, not all the water went up to the shower head, it kept coming out of tge faucet so the water pressure was weak. At breakfast, there was no plain hot water carafe for making the hot tea that was available. They had empty cardboard boxes stacked up in the breakfast buffet room at the side. This hotel looked like it needed some sprucing up.

Mostly Great Stay
Room was great! Breakfast—food and cleanliness outstanding!!! Staff all very friendly and highly professional. BUT the downstairs Men’s Room was a filthy disaster—for two straight days. Everything rlse was great!
