The property was just ok. For the price and how the Hilton described the property, I expected better. The breakfast was subpar and not filling. We couldn't eat the eggs as they were watery and no other protein options. The walls in our rooms needed a good scrubbing. Then my entire family was locked out of our room for over an hour. My poor kids were in their bathing suits cold and shivering because the battery on lock died and therefore our keys couldnt work. We had to wait for someone offsite to come let us in. The best we got was an "Im sorry". No credit, no discount, no hilton points, nothing for their provlem. I'm tired of companies not caring about customer service.
