Nice property with convenient restaurants nearby. I was extremely dismayed that there was no available valet parking and I had to park 6 blocks away while carrying all of our luggage and children or leaving them alone while I parked. I asked for any help and was not given any options. Extremely frustrating with the premium price that I paid for the room. Dining was exceptional at the restaurant but won't go there again if parking isn't reserved for hotel guests.

Walking Up 13 Flights of Stairs

Someone conveniently pulled the fire alarm and shut down the elevators at 11:30 at night so we had to walk up 13 flights of stairs. Shower was dirty but great pressure. Valet was very confusing and they didn't have anyone running cars when we arrived.
