Parking is not easy. The 14 th floor smelled like sewer water. Ugh. Glad I was there only one night. The water from the bathroom tap smelled like diesel fuel. On the positive side the restaurant saved the day the bar tender and wait staff were amazing. Had a delightful brunch

Very comfortable hotel. I really liked the location and parking was very convenient in the parking garage that is attached to the building. The in-hotel restaurant was very cozy and had excellent food

The parking situation could be better. Those who are staying at the hotel would benefit more from a flat rate that allows the guest to leave and come back without paying each time.

Excellent hotel, great staff especially the valet staff. The irons and ironing boards where poor. We tried 3 times to get a useable set and gave up on ironing a dress. Everyone of the staff tried very hard to help. We had a clean room overlooking the Mudhens baseball field. Great view!

This was my first time in Toledo I was traveling for a business. I did not have high expectations and took into consideration where I was traveling, but the hotel room smelled moldy, the restaurant was alright but there was just a funny smell throughout the hotel.

This please was amazing this summer in the beginning of May. An AWESOME HAPPY HOUR TOP SHELP COCKTAILS in the hotel. My view was beautiful, the hotel was clean, and staff were fine. The bartenders were the best I must say. I decided to come back and I called the restaurant in the hotel to verify a few things. They explained all wel drinks now… I was bummed… and happy hours had changed. I did not cancel because the hotel is still nice and close to everything you could want to see. First night was fine. The next morning, the elevator was trashed with liquid all over the buttons and key card unit that you need to even operate the elevator and the person left a bucket full of liquid in the middle of the elevator floor. For whatever reason I was forced to take that elevator and I told management what was going on. In another elevator, there was water all over the floor and I didn’t even report that… maybe the housekeeping mop water fell over? The next day, I am returning for the evening and the smell of sewer was everywhere. Even on my 8th floor but my room was fine. I was told it was a problem with the city sewage rather than some internal plumbing I guess??? Then my first night, my room wasn’t cleaned but they cleaned after that… with all this, I won’t return there. Love the area so I will try a different hotel. Please note the restaurants food was AMAZING my first visit and this time it was ok. Pretty sure the management has changed there between early May and now.

There was random hair in the bathroom, gunk in the refrigerator and the coffee maker did not work. The valets were helpful until we were checking out. My husband has a walker and not one of the 4 valets on duty on the morning of September 18 helped with luggage. This was the first time no one helped.

We loved the great view but we parking was a problem. The valet parking was expensive and the other lot had a $10 sign on it but charged $15.00. I know it's not a big difference, but I think it's not okay. The employee also gave me attitude when I said I had come in when it said $10.00. I didn't need that.
