Bathrooms shower curtain dirty , Shower head was broke and weather on tub clothed ,floors dirty, not aprópiate smell, Bed sheets dirty microwave horrible sound was never ask if need it anything, we need it to go to the front and ask for service , phone was never answer. I really was disappointed except the lady at the from this morning was very nice when we did the check out

The room was dusty and gross. Bedding was fresh and clean. Kids ran up and down the hallways to 3 AM even after phone calls to the front desk after a little sleep, we chose to go down for the breakfast which consisted of hard bagels burnt scrambled eggs and a waffle maker that look like it hadn’t been cleaned since 1922. That explains why it was empty down there. I am willing to give this hotel another shot but not for while. Changes need to me made.Used to Be my favorite hotel but they are obviously under new ownership
