Tired hotel

Property is old and needs some renovation. Rooms ok, broken blind, and cold water in shower. TV is old and medium to poor quality. Bed was fine. Toledo downtown needs some revitalization.

The hotel was modern and big and the staff were friendly. As we didn't want to use the valet parking the staff recommended where to park nearby as we didn't need the car until we left. The room was excellent and the hotel is in a convenient location to walk around Toledo

Our room remained at 71 degrees our entire stay. We turned the thermostat down to 50 and we still got non relief. Ordered room service only to get 2 glasses of warm, flat soda and warm cheesecake. Absolutely disappointed.

A very nice hotel. The restaurant downstairs had amazing food. The bar/restaurant on the top floor had an outside bar which was very nice. Walking distance to other restaurants and bars. Parking garage is a bit of a hike do Splurge on the valet, you’ll be happier. I would definitely stay here again.
