They let us know there were potential air conditioning issues in our room upon check in but by the time we got back from dinner, all was fixed. Staff was very kind. Very nice rooftop bar.

Utilized the valet parking - which was great! Felt safe walking to and from Fifth Third Field and the hotel. Front desk staff were super nice and helpful. Our room did not have cold water in the sink (both taps were hot). They made note as soon as I told them and said that happens sometimes and they'd get it fixed (but with 1 night stay, I didn't see the resolution of it as we told them around 11pm at night and checked out by 9am the next morning.) Room was very clean and large. Only things we would have liked to see was a fan in the bathroom. Also, some quick repair around tub edge/wall could be done in the room we were in - water damage I assume - causing the tile in 2 spots to be 'off'
