I was pleased overall and would stay there again. My only complaint is that the Starbucks in the lobby did not serve Starbucks brand coffee. Also, the hot water for the shower was a bit lacking. We were on the 6th floor so that may be the reason.

Only thing the pool closed at 8pm . That’s way earlier than most hotels we stay at either 9:30 up to 11 pm . If you travel and go to eat by the time you come back it’s way after 8pm. I can see 8pm curfew for anyone under 18 but that’s way too early and pool need hot tub and updating.

The new renovation’s are beautiful! The staff at the service desk were great. The food in AXIS was excellent! However, the waitress was awful, no silverware, no refills were asked for coffee or water! She basically put our food on the table and that was it! Never came back to ask how we were doing, bring a bill nothing! She was too busy socializing with other co-workers to be bothered by us today. The cleaning staff for the 4th floor left us with 1 towel and 1 washcloth for 2 people! We didn’t find out until this morning that we only had 1 coffee cup for 2 people! The plastic shower liner was very molded! Likely because there’s no air circulation (fan/ventilation) in the bathroom but goodness at least clean it knowing this!!! I have a severely deficient autoimmune system and see a specialist at The University of Toledo Medical Center (UTMC) and bathing in there with so much mold was not okay but everything in the building is pretty darn new and beautiful so I didn’t think to check this before getting in the shower! Paying more than $200 for these type of conditions for 1 night was just not okay! Have learned that I will definitely be checking all of the things when walking into a hotel no matter how pretty it is OR how new it is!!

Great pool and nice beds

The hotel was nicely renovated and the staff was friendly, however, the cleanliness of the room was to be desired. There was toothpaste on the glass and lots of hair in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was large, cool and refreshing! There is a restaurant onsite, but service was slow, food was not very good and fries were raw.

We had left another hotel due to bugs and dirt. We came here and were delighted with how clean and comfortable our room was! The woman, Tori, at the front desk was so kind and helpful! The room was extremely beautiful!

Love it-Very Happy!

The stay was peaceful. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was updated, however, the toilet was a little low and I am 5’5. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has an inside pool. It was very hot in there(felt like a sauna). But my daughter loved it. Not to mention, there is a nice gym and restaurant inside the hotel. The food /adult drink was great. Didn't have to worry about safety. We had dinner , complimentary dessert and breakfast the next day. The steak was seasoned to perfection. The pancakes were so good! The staff were all nice. I would definitely choose this place again for a “ low key” mini getaway! This hotel is a hidden gem!

Smoke and Mildew

The lobby and restaurant look great. Beautiful. When we got into the room, the interior is modern and updated. But the SMELL-combo of mildew and smoke. 😭😭 keep driving. Was glad Marriott has a hotel in the area but we would’ve kept going had we known. Went there for the pool but didn’t even use it.

I recently stayed at the Delta Hotel and was genuinely impressed. Although the property has been around for over 30 years, you’d never know it — the renovations completed last October completely transformed the space. The rooms are clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. They really didn’t cut any corners with the updates, and it shows. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find that kind of consistent hospitality these days. For the price, this place was an absolute gem. I’ll definitely be back.

Was a nice end to our road trip. The hotel was huge and so many options for all tiers. Staff was amazing with my Mom and her needs as well. Main feedback would be to list the address differently for the location as it is located on a Medical University campus was challenging to find without technology that only stops you at the main road.
