We have visited this hotel several time over the years, but this year, was really bad. After showering, the whole bathroom was sunk on water. We do not know if it was the shower or the toilet, but there was water all over the floor. We reported this right away, and the staff just cleaned tot bathroom but never fixed the problem. There were no towels, only one for two people. We requested more towels but we never got them. Then our room faced the street and it was very noisy at 2 am. We only stay there one night. Not sure if we would come back there.

Door key reader was defective. We had to get help multiple times and change key cards several times. The air conditioner in the room left the room at 27c. Too warm for sleeping comfort.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very outdated. My pillow had blood stains on it. Fortunately I did not sleep on it.
