La Auditora Nocturna es un excelente asociado. Llamé por teléfono a las 3 am para pedir informaciòn y fue siempre muy amable y contestò mis preguntas. Desde el momento que hablé con ella me dí cuenta del servicio del hotel en calidad y no dudè en reservar . Lo único malo es que en el baño no hay tapete para la ducha no acondicionador para el cabello. Todo lo demás excelente Gracis !!

Front counter lady not willing to help
Front counter lady changes her words a couple times and refuses to correct her mistakes in room selection. We spend more than a half of hour to check in with her at 9PM . Our team were so tired .
