No vuelvo a regresar! Este lugar no es para relajarse mi primer noche fue un pesadilla! Ya que el cuarto de arriba tenía fiesta y con el radio a todo volumen!! terminaron apagando el radio asta las 3:30 de la noche !y empezaron su fiesta otraves con el radio a las 5:30 de la mañana y su noche de pasión ! Pague $450 dólares por 2 noches! No pude dormir con el rudo! yo fui a descansar a ese hotel por que estoy embarazada y quería relajarme antes de tener a mi bebé ! El siguiente día un empleado nos dio mal la información y pasamos 2 horas esperando para tener una respuesta de que incluía nuestro cuarto Lugo nos dijeron que nos tenían que mover de habitación por un problema de agua de la habitación. Perdimos ay otra hora al tener que mover nuestras cosas a otra habitación y esperar que nos dieran la llave del cuarto! Según se disculparon dándo un rato en el yacusi. Pero mientras yo perdí mi dinero y mis vacaciones se fueron a la basura y ninguna relación tuve antes de tener a mi bebé ! Me costo mucho juntar eso $450 dólares! Yo vine desde estado unidos para relajarme en este hotel que no me ofrecieron lo que pagué ! Estoy bien decepcionada ya que no se cuando pueda tomarme vacaciones otraves ya que trabajo todo el tiempo ! Y no me alcanza para darme un lujo siempre !

El personal es muy amable pero carece de entrenamiento, el servicio deja mucho que desear en cuanto a calidad y tiempo. La comida se vende muy cara y de calidad deficiente, además que el servicio es muy lento.

Increíble las albercas, el servicio de todo el staff, muy buena la comida, los drinks en la alberca. Lo único es que hay algunas áreas que necesitan renovación, la alberca de juegos de los niños estaba con el agua fría, una de las canchas de tenis requiere nuevo piso, pero la verdad que todo lo demás excelente.
