Everything great except for the conditions of bathroom and bed linen. Duvet was stained and towels look and feel a little old. Service and attention of Valeria was outstanding! She was of great help providing ibuprofen when we arrived late and all the pharmacies were closed. She also provided a great recommendation for a near by place for breakfast this morning.

Hotel Stay Summary: Roca y Cantera (7/25–7/27) Pros: Charming boutique atmosphere Comfortable bed and linens Spacious bath, good water pressure Cozy fireplace Friendly staff (especially Valeria) Cons / Areas for Improvement: Lack of signage: No clear direction for check-in upon arrival Unprofessional check-in: Done in-room, from a linen-filled space; no help with luggage Sparse amenities: Only 2 towels, 1 small soap, 2 shampoo packets; no tissue or extra toilet paper Unreliable internet: Frequently crashed; only available until 9 PM Privacy issue: Staff entered room without knocking to light fireplace Towel shortage: Borrowed from neighboring room instead of bringing new ones Disorganized coffee service: Must be requested; 45-minute wait Damp sugar packets, limited supply Not replenished timely on Sunday (no cups, sugar, or enough coffee) Only 15 cups brewed on a weekend felt insufficient Housekeeping issues: Trash not emptied daily Hot tub use: Requires 2-hour prep time Inconsistent professionalism: Staff dressed in pajamas and slippers General Impression: The hotel is aesthetically pleasant and has potential Service lacks attention to detail and professionalism With only 8 rooms, service should be more personalized and polished Still recommendable for its charm—but needs significant hospitality improvements

Muy buena opción en Avandaro

Me hubiera encantado que la alberca contara con calefacción ya que la zona es muy fría por las mañanas. Igualmente me parece extraño que las horas de checkout cada vez son más temprano. Un checkout a las 11, no me encanta. Sin embargo el servicio y la comunicación fueron excelentes. Muy bonito y cómodo.

El hotel es muy lindo y está bien cuidado. La atención del personal es excelente. Tienen muy buena disposición para atender todos los pedidos a cualquier hora que se les solicite. Cuidan que no haya ruidos molestos, sobre todo por las noches. El detalle de la chimenea en cada habitación es muy cálido. No hay muchas opciones para comer o cenar cerca pero se puede pedir delivery.
