Lorenzo went above and beyond to assist us. We had an early morning tour and he stored our luggage all day after checkout and made us breakfast to go.

Room smells garlic and onions from nearby restaurants. Bed linens were wet and even after staff changed it helped not much. Parking is not at the hotel; you have to walk about 5-10 minuets. Utherwise staff were very helpful and wishing to help.

Beautiful location. Scenic views. Fun to be up and away from thr bustle and bustle of Como. The funicolare is super convenient unless you have multiple suitcases.

The hotel was very easy to find, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was basic but clean and stocked with the necessities - perfect and low-stress for a late arrival. The dinner menu and continental breakfast were also great.
