cleanliness in the room is an issue. prior guests hair was on the shower stall wall. front desk was asked to address the issue on the next mornings room refresh/cleaning. was not addressed by cleaning staff and second evening with no one on staff to deal with it, front desk staff went to the room to address the issue. makes he think that other places/ items cleanliness, in the rooms may be neglected or ignored.

I like that there is a little park across from the parking lot so my dog can potty! Dog biscuits for the dogs and cookies for us! Bed is very comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that our room had a connecting door to another room which I would make sure not to get next time, because the people next door were very noisy!

Out only complaint was a barking dog down the hall. Apparenly someone left their big dog alone in a room, and it complained voiciferously about its lineliness.

The property is old and right on the main highway in a mining town, but is updated inside and was a nice stay for the one night we were there. the breakfast was good. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was out of order, but the one on the main floor worked well and it was a minor inconvenience.

Everything was good until I want to take a shower. There were multiple long black hair in the bathtub, the bathtub was cracked. That may lead to a potential leak. Stayed in room 220. Go see for yourself

We LOVED the breakfast and cookies in the lobby. Very nice hotel and it was the best Best Western we stayed at so far. My only complaint is Expedia says $20 per fee per accommodation but i was charged per dog for a total of $40
