This place is awful! The staff were incredibly rude. They refused to get their parklot prepped and serviced after the snow storm. I was threatned to be kicked out in the freezing cold and 14 plus inches of snow! I was asking questions about figuring out what to do for another night and the staff got loud and belergient and threatened to call the police. When i was trying to see what we could do. Kansas was in a state of emergency. My mother tired to call to pay for another night and the staff hung up.on her. I had to dig out my vechicle. It took over 3 total hours. I do not recommend anyone to stay here durning any kind of weather!
