This stay was the worst. The rooms were dirty and in the morning we found bugs throughout the room. We had originally booked for 2 nights but only stood the one because of the bugs and cleanliness of the place. We tried to get a refund for at least the night we disnt stay and one manager, the one who saw the bugs agreed but the next manager denied it. They had awful customer service. It was horrible experience

Hair in the shower, 2 inch spider on the wall by headboard, wet carpet with huge fan blower & toenail clippings on the floor in first room before we moved, no new towels or room cleaning for second night, no juice at breakfast, torn carpet, frosted freezer in fridge, missing parts for coffee pot, smart but dismissive/rude man at desk. Broken glass table laying outside of pool area with collapsed pool cover. Very disappointed in Wyndham for leaving their name on this business. All of these issues are normal for Indian owned low cost Motels in my experience, but for Wyndham.

Disappointed sink faucet was very weak water flow. No milk available for breakfast 4 days. Asked about more milk at front desk, desk clerk said they were waiting for a shipment. Walmart is near by, but still no milk avaliable for 4 days. Repainted area on walls did not match in room. Desk clerks were very courteous . We stayed at same Baymont last year, this year definitely less satisfied

The air conditioner/heater fan was so noisy that it couldn't be used, the card reader door lock took several tries, very low water flow in the sink faucet. Sat. breakfast no coffee, no eggs. The freezer had food that had been left previously. Have stayed here a number of times over the years but this property is seriously declining.

Absolute sh**hole!! Room was filthy with FULL trash can. Bathroom had grey water standing. Told no other rooms available even though I counted several the next morning. Avoid this DUMP if you can afford to.

Where do I begin? The first room that was given to us was occupied and a pig sty. They moved us to another room & it was just barely adequate for a one night stay. Towels were threadbare, bedspreads had stains on them, air conditioning was very noisy. Went down for breakfast in the morning and had to wait for over ten minutes for the front desk clerk to re-stock the eggs, sausage and coffee. Also had to go to the front desk to request a hair dryer and had to give them my room number to ensure I would return it. It was a cheap hair dryer that no one would want to take! Overall, this place is a dump and I would definitely not recommend it

From the moment I checked in I had a problem with the door opening. There was something wrong with the locking mechanism in the door. Our entire stay I had to keep getting the staff to let me in. There was a male staff that came off as very arrogant and rude. Not a good place to stay. There was not a single person in the pool for days besides me and my friend. And it appeared there were a lot of open clean rooms.Very strange place with questionable service.

I was told the motel wasn't going to renew my stay. The lady there said the manager only gave me until 11:30a and I had to be out. I was told this at 11:20a. She said or the cops would be called. I was told there was a noise complaint for music played in the pool one time our entire stay. Now the lady tells me that I was smoking marijuana in the pool area and the music was too loud. This was totally untrue. There were no signs posted that you couldn't smoke in the pool area. And I was only smoking a cigarette in the pool area. After the one music noise complaint I even checked with 3 staff that were working on the top floor above the pool to double check that the music wasn't too loud. A man and two lady employees that were cleaning a room. They told me no it was fine. I've never in 51 years been asked to leave any where. I was totalled shocked and hurt : (

There is a male employee that wears glasses who is acting as if he is the manager but he is not the manager. He was taunting my friend who is on the spectrum and has disibilities. He was trying to get my friend to talk. Not sure what's going on with this employee. But totally unacceptable! Would not recommend this place at all.

I like the location where there are restaurants. My room was near swimming pool so it was noisy. The slot to put the key doesn’t work consistently. The broken, punched in wall didn’t get fixed. Pillows smelled like smoke and like they didn’t get change from previous guest.

The property appears to be in a state of remodel/renovation. The room appears to be mostly new, while the public areas are still being worked on. Overall, very comfortable.
