The one area of improvement would be to have less plastic/styrofoam waste and have regular forks/bowls/cups/etc to be more supportive of the environment and have less waste. I also recommend a non dairy milk option for those who are plant based.

I stayed here because it was close to KU and had great reviews. Unfortunately, they were wrong. This hotel has NO internet connectivity. Their excuse was that the hotel was "very full" and that explains why the wifi was so slow as to be unusable. Sorry, in 2025 that is unacceptable for people who need to WORK and need wifi. The hotel is also built like a bunker so I got one small bar on my cell. In addition, the beds were like slabs of concrete and the towels were see-through rags. Radisson, come on!

Very Clean

The property is very clean & safe. The front desk customer service was great. Everyone is very friendly. The room was comfy. The breakfast was pretty good too. The have a nice pool & a burn pit for guests to enjoy. Overall great property, very well maintained! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

My stay there was fine. The Expedia experience was terrible. I was booked for the wrong day which was a hassle. The hotel hadnt received the reservation yet and Im having trouble getting Expedia to remove the charge. I had to get the room myself for the correct night and pay again. Ill never use Expedia again!!!
