This is a newer hotel in an area of the city that is developing. As such I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the public areas. Of course a midnight fire alarm doesn't improve my impression. The desk clerks refusal to offer any compensation for the inconvenience of the midnight alarm was icing on the cake.

Not as nice as it used to be

Our room only had two towels for four registered guests. Only one regular coffee in the room. Outlet cover was chipped off. While this only happened to me, for anyone who has allergies I was highly allergic to the pillows and sheets. Breakfast has gone downhill over the years too.
