All around good value, one upgrade might be nicer (newer?) mattresses. Ours was on the hard side. But definitely convenient to food options, esp. late night frozen custard!

I was not happy with the condition of the hotel. Several things, including the elevator and hot tub were out of order. A foot panel in my room fell off the wall. Chipped paint. The light were very bright and not warm and relaxing. The bathroom smelled like something was burned in there. The light Above the coffee area didn’t work.

Just stayed one unplanned night on a road trip and was immediately impressed by the front desk clerk. Every staff person we encountered was pleasant and seemed happy to help. If I ever visit Topeka for a longer stay I’ll definitely stay there again.

The staff was attentive, cheerful and polite. The hot tub was heated really nicely! And the pool was a great temp too. Our room had wet carpers though, it was the strangest thing. Not soaking but wet, socks would get damp and by morning, the clothes that set on the chair for morning were damp. Good luck.
