We were disappointed in the condition of the room and food service - the food was great-service was inadequate-forgot many side items and we had to make several trips back to the bar area to retrieve them. The coffee in the room was great however I did bring my own creamer and sweetner. The side door to the hotel did not work; the shower took 20 minutes to "warm" up - not even getting hot enough to have a comfortable shower. I did inform the front desk about the shower taking 20 minutes to warm up prior to leaving so that the next person could possibly get a comfortable experience. We have stayed at many Hilton Garden Inns and normally have wonderful experiences. We just stayed at the one in Larimie, WY and had a beautiful time. I am hoping this was an outlier in our Hilton Garden Inn experiences.
