We stay at IHG often. This is our first less than stellar booking. When we entered the room the TV did not work, called and help arrived. Hole in the back of the bathroom door. Tissue box only had 2 tissues. The pull tab to activate the shower was semi broken, had to work it a lot to get it to become a shower and not just water in the tub. No microwave in the room even though it was listed on the booking as there would be one in the room. Bedside dresser was falling off the wall, when opened the drawer it would not go back in until I lifted the entire table up and back toward the wall. Multiple stains on the ceiling. The buffet was excellent as usual The location was great with ease of access to the highway. We stayed in Room 204 June 18 Thank you. We hope these issues will be addressed before another client uses this room at this hotel.

I loved the fact that this location supplied DOVE hand wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. I will know next time to not have to bring those items. The breakfast was a large assortment of really delicious items to choose from. The staff was always so nice regardless of who I spoke to. I will be staying here again when I visit family.
