Door didn't close and all the time, neighbors would come into hall drunk and yelling about being locked out. On day four someone set there room on fire sprinklers came on and flooded all lower rooms. Had to move to another hotel and beg for a refund

Waited out side of the facility for over a hour waiting to be checked in after getting there at 11:30 at night. Got up to the room and found dirty pillows, hair in the bed, pee stains on the walls from animals, mildew smelling room, appeared to be a previously long term stay room that was horribly cleaned

I booked this hotel and accidentally bypassed insurance so it was nonrefundable. Went to check in and there was a man talking to the check in clerk and telling her that they have roaches. I confirmed it by two other guests outside, that in fact they did have roaches. DO NOT STAY HERE!
