The hotel room overall was nice. It was difficult to control the room temperature but the room itself was fine. The buffet was definitely not worth the money. The food court was okay but skip the buffet!

My room was not ready until 4:30pm. Check-in is supposed to be 3;00pm. Front desk said they would call me when my room was ready but they did not. I had to go stand in line again to ask and then she tells me it's finally ready. You guys want me to check out on time at noon, promise check in time at 3:00, but I didn't get into my room until 4:30 p.m. you do not allow the customer to have the time if they lost not being able to check in the room. You still want me to check out on time at noon, but you don't have my room ready until an hour and a half after checking time. That is not good. Please do better.

Very clean hotel with decent, reasonably priced dining options. Friendly staff as well. A photo ID is needed to get into the building every time you leave. Kind of inconvenient but not a huge deal. Just a heads up, no alcohol on the premises nor can any be brought in.

My stay was perfect. Bed was cozy wish the blankets were a little more thicker but was comfy. Thank you for the last minute booking. I did order the mt view room but was not ready even at 5pm. I took the lesser view room next to some ppl who were celebrating and was having a great time. Thank you for the stay
