When we got to the casino, we had to wait for over an hour and start checking time because our room wasn’t ready. The hot water for showering was not hot so showering was very uncomfortable. The TV in our room did not work very well and when we called down to say something to the staff, we were told we just needed directions on how to use the TV. I would suggest if you’re going to have a casino that does not allow alcohol that you may want to advertise that a little bit better than hiding it in the small print All in all we were very unpleased with the stay, and we will not be returning

Best hotel ever

This place is always the best hotel i have ever been in. They have an indoor heated pool and hot tub and an after hrs for just adults and its so relaxing also a nice 55 inch smart tv with cable and movie channels and adjoining rooms for the kids this place will always be the best oh and they are currently installing a lazy river and other relaxing things come check it out you wont regret it
