Everything was excellent - clean room with staff very helpful throughout! There isn’t much amenities so bring your own amenities, but large room with private sauna was just perfect hideaway for a family with children. Will definitely visit again!

My 2 teens and I had a wonderful stay in the invisible forest lodge resort. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t imagine a better experience. The food was exceptional- both breakfast and dinner were outstanding for choice and quality. The staff were warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. The lodges were beautifully designed, well equipped and warm and really do have a private hot tub on the deck! This is such a great addition. My son had a medical incident one evening and they remained calm and actioned help immediately with the owner manager personally checking in with us and offering further help if needed. We were so impressed with everything we hope to return and wouldn’t hesitate to fully recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Silver Birch. Our cabin was gorgeous and the views are incredible. We really enjoyed the sauna and cooling off in the lake. Even though the restaurant was closed (being off season), Kaitlin provided breakfast and made lunch one day. And it rained while we were there so we didn’t see the northern lights - but that was okay because the view outside our windows and glass roof were so amazing.

We stayed at the top hotels during this trip ate various cities and without a doubt Aino Private Island Hotel is the most luxurious and memorable one. To say the place is magical is an under statement, the staff definitely made a huge difference: Pearl, Andrea, Sabine and especially Jasmina. We will definitely return for a longer stay. Thank you for everything.

We did not receive the details to enter the apartment till we called them up on reaching the apartment which was very inconvenient as there are many apartments and the name on them is different from what was there in the booking. We wasted a lot of time trying to locate it and get the checkin details standing in the cold outside, so the starting experience was not good at all. The apartment is very nice and the location good. However, we found it difficult to use the oven as there were no oven gloves or aluminium foil, we wern't sure if any of the dishes were oven proof. There is a washing machine but no detergent. When we asked them for it they asked us to come to their office which was 2 km away instead of delivering it or making sure everything required was available in the apartment in the first place, so their processes need some looking into! There was salt and oil only provided, no sugar, tea, coffee or creamers! We didn't find any shops closeby!

One of those rare hotels where the room, the architecture, the forest and the restaurant together become the destination. We loved everything about our stay
