It was a very spacious basement. There was lots of room available and the place was clean. It was easy to talk to the host if needed. However, there was some inaccuracies in the listing that added extra fees during our stay. Such as there was no mention as to how many cars were allowed and any extra parking fee was 10$/night. Although it was listed with laudry, there is an extra fee of 15$ per laudry usage. All in all, it was a good place to stay, but the listing wasn't as accurate as it could have been.

The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests.
