Terrible sleep
I had a horrible night at your hotel. Room 120 is beside what appears to be a resident of the hotel who was up several times in the night smoking and coughing and spitting outside my very thin window. I slept in a bit because I got no sleep in the night. The breakfast was over by 9 which was very early for Christmas holidays. I was given some milk to have with the cereal which was all that was left. I would suggest you avoid using room 120 when your hotel is not full if he’s there

lied about being dog friendly and room smelled
The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The booking said my room was dog friendly however when I arrived (at 2am after a ten-hour drive) they told me that the website was incorrect, and I could not stay. Thankfully my dog is a registered service animal so in the end they had to let us stay however if not I would've ended up in my car for the night. Even with the certification the staff made it pretty clear that they were not happy about my dog being there and asked me to move to another room mid stay that was officially dog friendly however that room was actually booked so they took that request back.

Just three pet friendly rooms - $30 surcharge
Hotel was good. Likely time for get rid of carpets. Trick to this registration was that it was picked because it was described as Pet Friendly. I searched every little link in the description but could not find a fee. Thought it was included. Wrong. When I attempted to check in there were only 3 pet allocated room in the entire complex and there was a surcharge of 30 dollars. I wish there was a more clear way to book pet friendly rooms online. And, any extra charges should be disclosed. The next nearest BW had all pet friendly rooms and no charge. I would have booked there, but instead I booked a room same-day and no changes or modifications could me made to the reservation. The technology is there - we can do better. I wasn’t the only one in that predicament that night, unfortunately.

The motel was clean and in safe area. However the bed was way too hard, as were the pillows, resulting in a horrible sleep. If you like extra firm surfaces to sleep on, you will be okay.
