We have stayed here often. It is our favorite. This trip was exceptionally great as we travelled into Toronto for a few Dr appointments for ourselves and our elderly uncle. His afternoon appt got cancelled, and he would have had to sit in hot traffic and waiting rooms with us while we attended our own appts. I called the front desk in the morning to see if there was anyway we could have an early check in so we could get him lunch and settled for a nap while we went downtown to our apptments. The staff were very accommodating and understanding. We were able to check in early and he had a nice lunch and nap in our room instead of a hot afternoon in traffic.

Overall, the stay was good. The hotel was clean, the pool was nice, and the breakfast was what you would expect from a continental breakfast. The only real downside was the sofa bed; it was extremely uncomfortable.

The room was ok - bed too firm for my liking but my chief complaint is the shower. The water pressure is so hard it literally hurt my daughter and me. The breakfast selection was better then I expected but the French toast was totally dried out and rock hard.

Wasn’t sure about the hotel due to the surrounding area being pretty industrial and not exactly the cleanest. The hotel, however was beautiful. Front desk staff were very nice and incredibly helpful. The pool large and heated and there was a nice new sauna. Breakfast in the morning was different day to day and the area was wonderful although a bit small so the hotel provided space in their conference room for overflow. Rooms were very nice and clean and the beds were comfortable.

It was a really great stay, except…..

Our license plate was stolen off of our car while we slept. Other than that, this was a top notch facility in a great location. Very clean and modern and well maintained. Good service. Good breakfast. Nice pool.
