Great Hotel to stay at. Friendly and helpful front desk. Close to the airport and they offer a shuttle to the airport for free. Not the best to stay at if you are hoping to do some sight seeing in Toronto. Big trucks all around the hotel and not any great options for food. But if you need a quick stop over before flying out somewhere, it’s great.

All the staff I dealt with were very nice, polite and professional. The room was clean. The restaurant/bar was a little loud (background music), but we stayed anyway.

VERY POOR SERVICE I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN
They drove past me at the airport for shuttle service had to wait 40 more minutes got a lecture from the shuttle driver then didn’t even say a word the whole trip talked to the manager of the hotel and she told me I had to come right up to the driver so he knew I needed a ride Her attitude was horrible I would NEVER stay at this hotel again No tv Waited until 11 for tv no one came Called this morning for TV repair 2 hours later still waiting I will be checking out now Thus hotel would get a one star VERY POOR SERVICE NEVER AGAIN will I stay here

Fire alarms at 6:45am, hookers, staff not caring
If this hotel could control the fire alarms going off. And how many hookers check in (it’s quite obvious when a man checks in 3 women that speak different languages) it might be a respectful place to stay. Ukrainians hog the pool and hot tub all day and night. Came here to relax with my wife for 2 days before she went back to Mexico. And had nothing but issues here. Only booked cause it has free parking. The free parking wasn’t worth it. I’ll stay at a Marriott next time and pay the $75 a night to park
