Very nice hotel, clean and great customer service. However, when sleeping on the beds you can feel the bed springs poking you which were a little uncomfortable.

There are two Best Westerns near the airport -- Best Western Plus and Best Western Premier -- and they both have shuttles that overlap so it's easy to get on the wrong one if you just go by the "BWP" logo. Premier is a very short drive, while Plus is further than it looks on a map. The room was clean, quiet and perfectly adequate for a last minute, unplanned flight delay. The only issue is that the shuttle only runs every 40 minutes, so it's a long wait if you just miss it. They stop at post S1 at terminal 1 (ground level, below arrivals) and post 13 at terminal 3 (arrivals level).
