My main concern is that the room was extremely dated and worn out. On top of that, the shower drain in my room was clogged, forcing me to stand in a pool of water mixed with soap and dirt. It was very unhygienic and unpleasant. When I reported the issue to the receptionist, it took a long time for them to respond, and when they finally did, I was told they couldn’t unclog the drain because the necessary products were locked up and only housekeeping could access them. The only alternative offered was to move us to a different floor, which was highly inconvenient since we were only staying for one night. Overall, the issue was not resolved in an efficient or satisfactory manner, and my experience was very disappointing. I believe a refund would be appropriate under the circumstances.

We stayed at the property to see a concert at the Roger’s Stadium. The hotel was a little far but public transportation was good. The cost for one night with two queen beds was under $200 and free parking! Perfect!
