The hotel was really nice. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The location is not close to anything like dinning, transportation or shopping. The room was very clean and we had a unit with kitchen and one bedroom. Ice machines on some levels were not working and we had to go all the way to the main floor to get ice. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there. I would recommend the hotel to others. It is about 60 minutes to downtown Toronto by train!

Booked a suite so could work at a desk and have reliable wifi. Wifi was down the entire time. The rooms are only serviced every other day. First floor suite bathroom smelled like mildew and generally, the first floor is quite dark. Vending machine wasn’t working. It isn’t a 5 star hotel but did expect basic amenities like working wifi and have the beds made.

Room was clean. One bathroom didnt have hot water and the second bathroom took a while to have hit water, maybe i wasnt patient enough in the first bathroom. Reataurant was good. Staff was friendly.
