Friday night other guests on the floor were very noisy from 1:00-2:30am. There was a strong cigarette odour in the room on Sunday morning not sure if it was coming from another room or outside but I had the windows closed.

the occupants that seem to be living in a couple of the units. The person staying on the second floor unit would come out when we where leaving or entering the motel side of the building and just trying to be a nuisance, standing in the way, smoking and not letting us get by him. The other person downstairs just, had loud music playing in the morning.

The property listing states that there is HIGH speed wifi. This is laughable as the wifi was barely above what would be considered dial up speeds. Using my iPhone as a hotspot and my data was way faster. This should be looked at for future. The TV service could be improved as well. There were barely any channels that one would consider essential. Why are there 8 News channels and only 3 sports and no kids channels? These are essential for family experience. Would rate the amenities as maybe a 6 out of 10 at best.

The room was quite large which was a nice surprise! The beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean. Unfortunately there was no hot water. We didn't notice until almost 10pm when I went to have a shower. We called down to the front desk and they advised that the "gas guy" was on his way so it hopefully would be fixed soon. We were offered a switch to a different room but we declined due to the time and the fact that our kids were already in bed. The next morning when we were packing up to leave there still wasn't hot water. Upon checkout we were offered a rate change for the inconvenience which was greatly appreciated.
