Spoke to a lady named Jessica. She is was very kind and considerate and allowed early check in my father. He had flown in a long trip from England, very tired and is elderly. I felt reassured all the way in England that my dad would be taken care of. The room was prepared by housekeeping earlier than expected and it jsut made his day as he could sleep and rest after a difficult and very long journey of air travel and several flights! Thank you for your understanding and accommodating. Willl remember this.

There is currently a lot of construction around the hotel (not the hotel’s fault) but made it very difficult to find entrance. Hotel staff was very friendly. David checked us in promptly. Room was clean and had all the amenities including a wine openener. Mall is continently across the road and restaurants are in walking distance. Always enjoy our stay here.
