You have to call their number on the door to get in. It was very clean, bedding was very clean and obviously laundered. Roommates were not loud, the bathroom is inside the room. You have to go upstairs to eat, where they have a big table. Overall clean everywhere. Mattress was ok. Would stay again.

For $120 per night, it was simply awful. It was a super small room with no windows, barely fit a queen bed and there was no room to walk even around the bed. The lighting was TERRIBLE. One dim light that didn't brighten anything. The equipment was from a century ago with how old it all was. The steps were so bad, it felt like they were going to crumble down at any second. There was no bathroom in the room and for $120 a night that is simply unacceptable. The pictures in expedia did not reflect how terribly small and awful it was at all. The whole building was built so long ago and not renovated at all. The rooms were next to each other and the doors of these rooms were so old and so creaky that every time someone opened or closed them they screeched very loudly. The bathrooms didn't even have proper setting, there was no tissue holder. They just stacked a couple rolls of tissues on top of each other. very unsanitary. I would ask for a refund if I could but I dont know how but I know for sure I will NEVER trust Expedia again for anything.

Auberge très agréable avec un personnel serviable et accueillant, les salles de bains dans le dortoir sont très utiles et bien aménagées. Salle commune bien entrenue et accueillante avec une grande tv, une cuisine, plusieurs lave linges (très pratique) et même une table a repasser. Le seul point négatif est l'emplacement dans la rue : a proximité de plusieurs commerces de cannabis et de ruelles pas très accueillantes et rassurantes, surtout le soir, cela attire des personnes dans un état drogué et peut-être agressif on ne sait pas. Toutefois très bien desservi par les transports.

La chambre était très propre insi que les aire comune comme l;a cuisine et le salon. seule les sale de bains laissaient un peu à désiré. le personnel est très gentil et attentionné. Détails: oreillers en mousse mémoire confortable mais étrange quand on y est pas habituer; il n'y avait pas de drap plat dans le lit, seulement une couette et le drap contour; les mur ne sont pas insonorisé, on entend tout, même le gars qui ronfle dans la 3e chambre plus loin; ils ne fournissent pas les serviettes; il n'y a pas de stationnement autour de la bâtisse. on ne peut même pas se garrer pour seulement sortir les bagage ou le check in.... le stationnement (greenpark) le plus proche et a 5 min à pied et c'est 30$ can pour 24H, la contravention de stationnement est 120$!!!
