The underground parking entrance is located on the South side of Gerrard street between Yonge St and Bay St. The hotel underground parking garage has a maximum height restriction of 5 feet, 6 inches in certain areas and cannot accommodate oversized passenger vehicles.
The Family Fun Zone on the 2nd floor, including the swimming pool and waterslide, Teen Lounge, Kid Center, saunas, and self-service laundry facilities, is closed for renovations until the end of January 2026. During this time, the Kid Centre has been relocated to the Club Lounge (27th floor), available Sunday-Thursday from 9 AM-5 PM, and Friday-Saturday from 9 AM-9 PM (closed daily from noon to 1 PM). The pool on the 27th floor is open to all guests from 6 AM-11 PM.
This hotel will enact the following policy for stay dates during Caribana Toronto and New Year's Eve: Each guest must register with the hotel and receive a wristband; no more than 3 wristbands per room. A wristband is required for room access after 9 PM.

This was a medical stay, the staff was very accommodating and pro active. Very. Lose to the hospital. Issues were there are lots of people using drugs on the street in the area. The cost is high depending on what is happening in the city. No microwave or way to warm food.

The staff are absolutely wonderful! The housekeeping staff and the maintenance staff keep the hotel sparking and running like a Grand Prix sport car. The front desk staff are fabulous. The pool is clean ( two pools usually!) and the fitness area pleasant with penthouse city views. The restaurant food is efficient and delicious and there are also many grocery shops and restaurants nearby. Perfect location for walking to major sights such as CN Tower, sports games and AGO. Highly recommend!

The room was standard. Was expecting a little more for “executive”. No microwave. Bring your own hair dryer. Room hair dryers are blistering hot. The cleaning staff really nice and friendly. The concierge, door staff really nice and helpful. Lot of restaurants and little markets nearby. The hospital is just a short walk away. Will stay there again.
