The location is unmatched. Definitely easily accessible to the TTC and shopping centres and the Dundas-Yonge square. Unfortunately, the rooms were sort of outdated in a way. The patio had a big draft of cold air coming in, the heater was not working, slight stains on the bed covers, the shower could do with an upgrade as well, and you can hear the traffic very clearly from outside (although that is what you get for being in the heart of the city). Walls were pretty thin but regardless of all this it was still a rather comfortable stay.

The property specifically the rooms need and upgrade. The shower barely worked and the toilet paper holder was rusted and in need of replacement. The area is very noisy but close to everything.

The hotel should be just 3 stars instead of 4 stars. The hotel is on a boisterous street ( always hearing the ambulance sound, sometimes firetrucks stopped in front of the hotel, and police cars either. there are several homeless surrounding the entrance. The room was just okay, nothing special except a very dirty window :((( I like that the hotel was very close to many good Asian restaurants.

The water in the hotel was shut off for maintenance from midnight when I arrived until 4am. That was bizarre, considering it was filled with guests. The hotel has central heating, which means you can’t control the temperature of your room. If you want cold air and the hotel is running hot air, sorry. It took the staff 2 days to let me know this, so for two days, I was calling for maintenance because I thought something was wrong with the heating in my room. The staff were not knowledgeable. The room and bathroom clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel lobby is also lovely, and the location is prime. If not for the water and heating situation, it would be a 5 star experience.

Easy to check in, parking a bit not easy to find ( on side of the building ) but generally good. Completely no sign underground parking. Room clean . Just no free bottle of water. And I was too thirsty , and wake up in early morning approximately 6.20-6.30am, there are no one answer the phone to help deliver water to room . Called front desk line and service line both and wait for at least 6 rings, no one literally answer the phone while after 5 mins I go down stairs , there are at least 2-3 staffs at front desk.
