There was a tampon and cigarette bits on the balcony. The room was small and had limited accommodations for how expensive it was. No coffee machine only a kettle and instant coffee. There was no microwave or water in the fridge. All around poor quality. The staff however was lovely.

Great location!

I absolutely loved this property! It’s conveniently located near shopping and restaurants, with everything just a short walk or ride away. The area is well-served by public transportation, making it easy to get around—and getting to the airport was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again!

Check out is at 11, I was woken up at 8 am by the cleaning staff telling us they were ready to clean. That is completely unacceptable, check out is at 11, I should not be bothered before than!!!!! I did tell the front desk lady and she said “well there’s nothing I can do” this response was so unprofessional. I normally stay at 1 king west and decided to switch it up, safe to say I won’t be switching it up and coming back.

The front desk was cordial and friendly during our check in and check out. The room was average . At night the AC weren’t working at all and called for maintenance 4 times and still didn’t come to fix it the 2 night we stayed in … moreover the bathroom had a muggy odor ..

Liked almost everything. To find the underground parking by the south one green door took us over 20 min of driving around underground. Could Not find one person to ask for help underground. Ticket booth was empty. Very disappointed in this. Also, the hold on my Credit card has taken over one week to release. This is not acceptable cobsiyyou took my payment out last Friday. Why so long to release?

The property was very clean and super convenient to get to in the city. However, the 2nd night of our stay there was a high school prom and the entire party was on our floor. I called the front desk at 2am to let them know myself and my child could not sleep. They said they would send security to shut it down. Teenagers were swearing, running around and banging on doors. This lasted well past 3am. I also expressed my concerns when I checked out in the morning. No compensation was offered just an "I'm sorry". We spent the next day running on 5 hours of sleep. For this reason I would not book at this location again.

My stay was quite brief Didnt arrive until approximately 10 pm and checked out at 11 am next day. I had a good night's sleep. the room was at the end of the hall and quiet apart from a clicking noise coming from the vacinity of the fridge
