Bed very comfortable
The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Had balcony but couldn’t access it as the door was sealed shut but the balcony was full of bird poop anyways. The bed could use some reading lamps as my wife want to read in bed and had to use the regular lamp lighting the whole room when I was trying to sleep. The HVAC fan turns off and turns on all night. Unable to constantly keep fan running.

The hotel is well situated with convenient transportation options to request a taxi from the front and back doors. Rabba store is nearby and both college park mall an the eaton centre are a very short walk away

A somewhat dated hotel with a warm vibe. Our standard room was a little small but functional. We would have appreciated a larger TV. There are several food choices in the hotel with great seating inside and on a nice patio area. One exit opens onto Younge Street which is such a vibrant walking area.

Paid for a king. They gave me a queen bed. Asked front desk why and if I could be compensated. They offered me breakfast. So instead of a king bed. They offered me eggs. Great job. Tv was unplugged. Remote didn’t work. Sink would fill with water ( clogged). Toilet would spin for 20 seconds before flushing.

They didn’t have the room we booked and substituted a room that wasn’t even close to what we paid for. We got a walk in shower with a dirty nasty handicapped chair… the hairdryer was obviously at the height to accommodate handicapped people… but for people that are average to tall the cord did not reach high enough and I had to sit on the floor to dry my hair… the floor that was flooded from the shower. Overall ok… but not worth the $500 we paid for the night!

Not at all what’s advertised
Rooms were not well maintained with numerous stains on the walls and carpets. Sheets were constantly stained, even though they were “new”. The shower was old and the balcony felt extremely unsafe. Rooms need a serious renovation.
