Had a great trip in Toronto. Chelsea’s location is the best. Was given a single room instead of doubles due to us arriving probably too late, but was offered free breakfast and later upgraded to executive doubles for the rest of the stay. Gym and pool are well maintained and breakfast options are very good!

The special pool slide that we go to this hotel to use was not open during its posted hours. The breakfast options in the hotel were terrible. The beds were small and the pillows were thin. We had to request extra pillows and they only gave us 2 despite there being 4 people in our room.

The front desk staff that checked me in was really nice. Even let me check in a bit earlier which I really appreciated. The rooms are not that clean. There was hair all over the shower and old soap residue that has clearly been that the shower has not even been cleaned properly. I was extremely annoyed when I got woken up at 8 AM the day of my checkout with the Cleaner banging on my door trying to clean my room. This should be coordinated to the cleaners which guest are checking out and who has not checked out yet. Why would you try to clean my room at 8 AM when I am checking out at 11 AM

Great location in downtown Toronto to waterfront, China town and many good eateries. Took the Union Pearson Express from airport and easily walked from Union station to hotel dragging my carry on baggage behind me. It is a busy hotel so i like the option of checking yourself in/out on the onsite computers. Onsite deli in hotel is over the top expensive and food which you take away is mediocre at best so recommend going elsewhere if you need to get food on the go. Fourth floor rooms you can not access the balcony so if that is important pick another floor. And i found the AC quite noisy inside the room. The adult wellness area is is an open area including fitness equipment, swim pool with big windows and outside sitting area. But it gets hot in there mid day so cant imagine using the fitness equipment.
